Panic As Dead Man Walks Into Krugersdorp Magistrate’s Court..

A 31-year-old man believed to have burnt to death in December last year walked into the Krugersdorp Magistrate’s Court on Wednesday.

The man was said to have been killed in an apparent car accident in Krugersdorp on December 16, police spokesperson Captain Appel Ernst said. News 24 reports that his name is being withheld while police investigate the matter.

He is facing a charge of fraud in the Krugersdorp court, and a charge of murder in a court in the Free State. The man allegedly went to the Free State after the accident, which led to the question whose body was found at the accident scene.

The Krugersdorp Magistrate’s Court postponed the matter to July 6. In a similar vein, a woman named Noela Rukundo, who was allegedly dead, shocked everyone by visiting her own funeral just few minutes before the ceremony was over.

Until her return to the venue of her burial, Rukundo’s friends and family did not know the truth behind her reported death. It happens that five days ago, her husband, Balenga Kalala had ordered a team of hit men to kill Rukundo, his partner of 10 years.

Unfortunately for Balenga, the assassins told him they did, but they did not kill her; they even got him to pay an extra few thousand dollars for carrying out the crime
