Home Made Fried Rice And Turkey Sauce.

INGREDIENTS;

  • 1 cup of rice

  • Green beans

  • Green pepper

  • Spring onion

  • Carrot

  • Curry

  • Salt

  • Stock cube

  • For The Turkey Sauce:

  • Half kilo of turkey, boiled.

  • Curry

  • Green Pepper

  • Carrot

  • Sweet corn

  • And a spoon of corn flour

  • Salt, Stock cube and red pepper.

DIRECTIONS

For The Rice:

Per boil the rice. Chop your vegetables (carrot, green beans and sweet corn) Get a frying

Pan put a little quantity of either groundnut oil or cooking butter. Allow to get hot add onion and the Chopped vegetables to the oil add a little curry and allow to steamer for 1 minute. Get another pot put the per boiled rice add water, curry, salt and stock cube to taste and allow to Boil.

When water is dried add your fried vegetable and stir... to get that shape of the rice get a round

Small deep plastic plate, put the rice in the plate and press till its full then gently turn upside down

Into your eating bowl.

For The Turkey Sauce

Get a pot; boil the turkey (boneless Turkey) chop the turkey, green Pepper, onion, carrot and red pepper. Get another Pot add groundnut oil allow to get hot add the Turkey and the chopped vegetables allow to fry for 1 min or 2. Mix a spoon of corn flour in water or The Turkey stock (the water from the boiled Turkey) and turn inside the vegetables and Turkey Add salt, stock cube and curry to taste.
