Many women experience menopausal symptoms in their mid 40’s but sometimes it can happen a little younger or a few years older. 8. Mood Swings
Mood swings are another common symptom of menopause. If your spouse is complaining that your emotions appear to be on a roller coaster ride then you may be beginning menopause. Mood swings can be very sudden and catch you off guard and be very intense in nature.
