10 Signs of Menopause....

Many women experience menopausal symptoms in their mid 40’s but sometimes it can happen a little younger or a few years older. The signs of menopause are a combination of physical and emotional symptoms that can change the whole makeup of a woman. Menopause in woman is only supposed to last for two years but many have reported experiencing postmenopausal symptoms later on in life.

Here are some good indications that you have now entered menopause:

1. Missed Periods

Probably one of the only benefits of menopause is losing that dreaded monthly visit. If you start experiencing irregular periods or it’s starts disappearing altogether than you may be starting to drift into the menopause stage.

8. Mood Swings

Mood swings are another common symptom of menopause. If your spouse is complaining that your emotions appear to be on a roller coaster ride then you may be beginning menopause. Mood swings can be very sudden and catch you off guard and be very intense in nature.

9. Hair Loss

Hair loss or thinning of the hair can occur through menopause. It’s another problem that happens with the loss of estrogen and can be one of the more obvious physical symptoms of menopause.
