Tips to maintain a healthy lifestyle...


There are lots of ways to grow healthy but don't have to do them all at once.

These are few ideals for living a healthy and active life:

  • Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day

  • Keep screen time (like TV, Video Games)down to 2hours or less per day

  • Get 1hour or more of physical activity everyday

  • Drink 0% of sugar, sweetened drinks. replace soda pop drinks with milk or water.

  • Exercise the body regularly.

  • Also regular sleep of at least 6 hours is needed.
