There are lots of ways to grow healthy but don't have to do them all at once.
These are few ideals for living a healthy and active life:
Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables a day
Keep screen time (like TV, Video Games)down to 2hours or less per day
Get 1hour or more of physical activity everyday
Drink 0% of sugar, sweetened drinks. replace soda pop drinks with milk or water.
Exercise the body regularly.
Also regular sleep of at least 6 hours is needed.
