12 HEALTHY TIPS TO SUPPRESS YOUR CRAVING AND EAT LESS

Lot of us lack control over what we eat, here are some tips that could help suppress that crave for food minding our health.

  1. Drink a big glass of water. Wait 10minites and see if you are still hungry

  2. Chew a piece of gum

  3. Chew a piece while you cook.

  4. When you have a craving go on a walk, or do a project

  5. Eat a piece of fruit

  6. 3-bite rule

  7. Brush your teeth after meals and snacks.

  8. Don’t eat while you are standing up.

  9. Don’t eat your kids leftovers

  10. Kitchen closes at 6:00pm’

  11. Clean-up after you prepare a meal/snack, BEFORE you eat.
